Facilities, Maintenance and Engineering Team

Our Lady of the Rosary Hospital's Facilities, Maintenance, and Engineering Team honors their commitments, generating a reputation of honesty and trust. Team member are known by all who work or reside at Our Lady of the Rosary Hospital and Long Term Care Centre for their professionalism and their ability to deliver exceptional results. The team members are outstanding stewards of resources as they care for the site in a way that honors Covenant’s mission, as well as the wise practice of careful management of resources modeled by the Daughters of Wisdom.

The team responds to complaints quickly and anticipates situations to prevent concerns.   They ensure all operating standards required for both an acute care and a long term care site are met. This is complex work that requires a creative approach to reach very high standards.  They offer collaborative options to address challenges and keep the safety of all as their top priority. This includes reconfiguring spaces during large scale renovations, building enhancements and upgrades. This year, they have lead significant work to install a new Fire Sprinkler system, upgrade the HVAC system, and prepare for Connect Care. The team is trusted to provide the highest quality standards for all these projects, while faithfully managing day to day demands in acute and long term care for Our Lady of the Rosary Hospital.
