Our values
Compassion is how we show empathy and caring in response to the needs of those we serve, those we work with and ourselves. It involves putting ourselves in another’s shoes and creatively considering how we can best meet them and lift them up. Every day we have opportunities to respond with compassion in small and big ways.
Who is a model of compassion for you?

Mother Teresa
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, as smile, a kind word, a listening ear, a honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.
Leo Buscaglia
Christ has no body now but yours
No hands, no feet on earth but yours.
Yours are the eyes through which He looks compassion on this world.
Christ has no body now on earth but yours.
St. Teresa of Avila
