Eneyo’s daily maintenance calls may include changing a light bulb, sidewalk snow removal, repairing a broken door hinge, fixing a leaky tap, or moving a bed. He faithfully accomplishes all these tasks, however priority is given to the safety, security and well-being of residents, families and staff. High priority items are completed almost immediately and lesser concerns are completed in a timely manner. Eneyo is a master at keeping everyone in the loop through effective communication so that priorities are completed without any gaps in communication.

"Safety First" is Eneyo’s mantra. He makes sure that St. Teresa Place is well maintained and free from issues which can cause harm. Eneyo teaches others the principles of a safety first approach. He is vigilant and proactive to anticipate needs or problems and addresses them before they occur. Eneyo actively stewards resources, while not being 'cheap', he is always seeking avenues to properly steward the items he is entrusted with and has made a commitment to teach others to do the same. He looks for ways to repair or repurpose items and has initiated a recycling campaign. Eneyo's wise use of resources has saved the site thousands of dollars and countless hours, while it also gives residents, families, staff the experience of a well-functioning facility where everyone feels safe.
