Robyn Hiller, Medical Radiation Technologist, Diagnostic Imaging

Robyn is proactive to steward resources in the Interventional suite in diagnostic imaging. He is a phenomenal resource to staff because of his knowledge and the way he approaches his work with patience, kindness and understanding. He promotes the responsible stewardship of resources in many ways, including attending to product expiry dates to ensure usage of existing resources, using color coded poster boards and a Google tracking document to monitor products and supplies. His creative practices engage other team members to be responsible with department resources.

Robyn is a steward of the team’s human resources as well. He has taken over staff scheduling and developed a new rotation matrix. He conscientiously adjusts the schedules to ensure proper staffing levels and that staffing is contract compliant. He is attentive to staff suggestions and requests. Robyn’s hard work ethic, sense of humour, easy going nature and intuitive strategies for fiscal management make him an excellent team member. He contributes to an engaged team, showing concern for his co-workers and helps steward all of the team’s human and financial resources.
