Elaine Klym, clinical educator

She constantly uses her experience and expertise to improve hospice care As a clinical educator at Dulcina Hospice, she has a mission to share her ongoing work and ideas with others.
Elaine works tirelessly to develop tools that enable the team to spend more of their time and focus on providing care to residents and their families. This includes developing an online education process to help support annual education for health care workers. She’s also collaborated with the team to create and refine new care planning documents that provide a better focus on resident-oriented care.
