Respect is a way of life for Sukhdeep. It is part of her orientation and appears in every aspect of her role as a health care aide at St. Teresa Place. She truly lives this value - she smiles, she cares for the residents and she always shows a deep admiration for others.

Sukhdeep shows respect in managing conflict, and fosters a caring and understanding environment in which all members of the team feel valued. She shows calmness, understanding and due regard for the feelings, wishes and rights of every person that she interacts with from her arrival on site to her departure. She is intentionally respectful to residents, her colleagues and every person she is in contact with.
