SL1 nursing team (“V.J.B.S.S”)

Every day, it is very clear that the SL1 nursing team at Villa Marie is there for the residents. They always talk about how they can make each person’s day better based on the things they know about the residents.

The conversation continues throughout the day as the team is always trying to see what else needs to be done or how they can help one another. Everyone brings the tricks they have learned elsewhere to the table. They are constantly showing one another new ways to do things.

Residents’ families are happy when they see the team working, and they know that their concerns will be addressed quickly. Residents also make comments on a daily basis about how loving and genuinely kind the staff are.
