Rhonda Cumming, housekeeping worker

Rhonda has been working at Killam Health Centre for 21 years. She sets a very high standard for housekeeping and is confident in training new employees and helping them meet that standard. She explains everything and demonstrates what needs to be done, always respecting the person she is training. She makes sure they understand and feel comfortable with what they are doing.

Rhonda makes others feel welcome and part of the team and encourages them to ask questions. She offers constructive feedback and helps to rectify any or all issues that need to be addressed. Rhonda respects the confidentiality and privacy of everyone and carefully explains the importance of confidentiality to all new hires she is training.
