Neenu Kunjumon, licensed practical nurse

Working in a manor float position, Neenu is able to take over care of other residents on short notice. She fills her role at Holy Cross Manor with ease and generates a quiet, gentle and embracing attitude when doing so. She does not get stressed when required to quickly change into a new shift in a different section of the manor, but takes it all in stride.

Neenu treats people with respect by addressing residents and their families by the names they want to be called. Her voice is kind and conveys respect and a sense of being heard by the speaker in front of her. Her demeanor communicates that she respects what others say.

Neenu is open and willing to create good communication between herself, the residents, and her teammates. She strongly embraces a multicultural attitude and it is evident in her treatment of colleagues, residents and families.
