Teresa takes great pride in making sure residents and families are happy with their laundry service and will often put extra time in to make sure clothing for new residents is labeled. She treats residents’ belongings with great care, and makes sure new staff are trained to do the same. Clothing is hung neatly on hangers with buttons and zippers done up, and is never returned wrinkled or less than pristine. And thanks to a lost and found closet she keeps, Teresa is a huge help to family members searching for lost items.

Connecting with residents is another hallmark of Teresa’s work. She is very knowledgeable and happy to address questions or concerns from residents and families, and makes the effort to interact with them when delivering items. Teresa has a special way of talking with people so that they trust her and feel confident that she handles their belongings with care. She treats residents and family members as though they are her own.
