Taking the lead on this project they delved into detailed statistics surrounding postings, casual workforce numbers and the retention of casual staff. From this information they created a suite of documents that support the management team and standardize procedures in the site. By establishing clear concise guidelines, they increased efficient communication, ensuring the whole team operates from a unified well-informed perspective.
