As a screener at St. Therese Villa, Zack has the finest tactful ability to relay to visitors, families, and staff the rules for visiting while showing kindness and thoughtfulness. He does not want anyone to feel hurt or not addressed as a person. He listens patiently and kindly points out the guidelines and expectations needed for all who enter the site.
