Sarra Majri, health care aide

Sarra models working creatively to help marginalized individuals and groups participate in their care at Holy Cross Manor. She is familiar with coming from a country with a different culture and way of doing things. It has become her focus to help residents feel happy and safe. Working with a culturally diverse team and population is where Sarra thrives as she collaboratively seeks to inspire and encourage her colleagues and residents.

Sarra makes it a priority to add something different every day that makes the residents happy and gets them out of routine care to creatively seeking new ways to approach their own care. Her goal is to make her residents feel special and to help them feel that life is worth living.
