Debi-Lyn models and promotes safe work practices for her team members at Villa Marie. She  ensures that staff are following all safe practices while providing good quality care. She provides coaching to those that may need a little extra help all while giving and earning respect of her team members.

Debi-Lyn prioritizes what she believes is most important and completes these tasks first. She makes a list and works through the items, completing tasks to the highest standards.
