With all the hard work and love that she brings to work, Ally lights up any room that she walks into at Villa Marie.

 There have been many times where residents have trusted in Ally with their concerns and issues because she will always do whatever she can to try and come up with a solution. Residents feel heard when speaking with Ally about day-to-day life concerns. Ally wears her heart on her sleeve and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the residents and staff she works with, no matter who it is.

 Everyone she encounters feels heard when they go  to Ally about an issue. She will try to find solutions that work best for everyone involved, making sure that all are comfortable with what's going on. If it is a problem that she can't fix on her own she will talk to anyone she can to come up with ideas and solutions that best fit the scenario. If there is ever anything that she can help with, everyone knows that they can count on Ally and that she will follow through.
