Debi-Lyn is the glue that holds her unit together and why it runs smoothly. She helps staff and residents work through concerns and questions. She shares information with families and advocates for everyone on her unit. She follows up on the status of requests that have been made.

She is a kind compassionate person who keeps everyone on track. She works hard to make the atmosphere on the floor comfortable. Debi-Lyn promotes a safe, approachable floor for staff, residents and families.

She is concerned about staff and resident safety. Debi-Lyn reminds the team about proper body mechanics when moving residents. If residents are falling a lot, she gets staff to talk to them about how to move around more safely. She also works hard to get shifts covered if someone is ill.

Debi-Lyn is a professional friend to all and has built wonderful workplace relationships. She cares about staff wellbeing.
