Jackie is known for effectively including residents, their families and staff as valued partners in the care experience at Holy Cross Manor. She is gifted in collaboratively bringing individuals and groups together in different areas such as in recreation and administrative meetings involving families, residents and staff. 

Jackie plans and engages surrounding organizations, groups and the community to support her programs and the residents and their families. She is loved by the residents and their families who regard her as a wonderful support when facing difficult times.

Jackie has a calm and collective demeanor which invites fair dialogue and provides a collaborative platform for each person’s voice to be heard. She knows how to bring the right personalities together with the right gifts so that her department works well together. Her programs reflect the diversity of both the residents and staff who participate.
